Sharon forwarded this e-mail exchange, which I’m not editing except for personal information for individuals who have not given consent for that information to be disclosed. The exception is Fritz Alberti, who is Crosswalk's Administrator. This time, Fritz has been criminal in his disregard for the people over whom he wields authority. Bear in mind that he is proud of his ability to access the extensive set of personal information on any participant at Crosswalk; he has been known to threaten people about knowing who they are and where they live. His moderators even have to have their pastors’ endorsements. He absolutely has the registration information on the individual about whom “J” (who did not give permission for her name to be used here) was so worried:

She is in serious, serious danger. Her husband last night was choking her repeatedly until she would pass out over and over again, as well as raping her and is on a drug binge. I am seriously worried about her. Her and I have PM several times and I gave her my contact info and the domestic violence line, as well [another CW participant's nickname] has pm her and asked her to get help through [ministry name in original]. All I know is her name is [victim's first name], I don't have her phone. Is there any way you can contact somebody at [web address in original} (I think that is the contact-[prev. named participant's nickname] probably has it). I can share the PM w/you though I'm not sure it's the right thing to breach her confidence, however I send this to you because breach of confidence or not I think she is at serious risk and is not seeing it. Her fear is paralyzing her and she can't seem to take action. Which is all too common. Can you find where she is or contact her? Possibly we can get help TO her?

Ah...the so-mature, so-christlike comments begin. What we're "full of," dear commenter (who apparently cannot follow the simple rules for posting comments), is the truth. Nothing posted here did not originate out of Fritz's own misogynistic, scandaously callous attitudes and in his own words.
Things getting a little hot over in Salem-land, are they? Or is it just that you don't like it when evil deeds by you/your friends see the light of day?
Your rejected comment makes it quite obvious that YOU are full of rotten manners, by the way. Might want to repent of that kind of thing.

This is to advise the higher ups at Salem, That a formal Complaint will be forth
coming in the near future, Regarding several Crosswalk forum members being allowed to post life threatening vigilantie comments against sex offenders and
sexual predators, Within the thread; Current Events. One such member had a
post pulled This past weekend, for encouraging vigilanteism against all sex offenders, Yet the next day, his same individual reposted comments in TOS
violation and against State and Federal law. Then, Another member posted and supported the vigilanteism, Quoting the banned post, All the while a Crosswalk Moderator was also posting between these TOS violations (posts) and did not censure these violations. In another sex offender thread and posted today,
Another member advocates using a .44 magnum (gun) against sex offenders!
This vigilanteism regarding sex offenders, Are not isolated incidents but have
ocurred before, Another forum member has repeatedly been allowed to dominate
any thread regarding sex offender issues, Has trolled, Acted ungodly, et al, All
the while, The Moderators have grossly allowed this misconduct that not only
violates Salem's Terms Of Service, But also violates criminal law at the State and
Federal level. Has Crosswalk informed Law Enforcement of those members
encouraging others to commit criminal vigilanteism in violation of the law? I
seriously doubt it.
As I've said, A complaint is forth coming. Copies of all offensive posts, Has been
made, To prevent the Crosswalk Moderators from deleting this evidence. Whether
your aware or not, hundreds of vigilantie crimes, Have already been committed
against known sex offenders and those accused of committing such crimes but
have later proved to be innocent of such accusations. I find it extremely distrub-
ing that a Christian orgization such as Salem, Would allow this kind of darkness
into what is suppose to be a "Christian" forum, Whereas, We are called to be a
Light unto the world and not promote wickedness., Nor shame Christ.
This complaint will be sent to the FBI and Virginia law eforcement officials and to
Salem/Crosswalk advertiser's and to all major news networks. It will not be done
to embarass but to hold those responsible and accountable for allowing such to
proceed unwarrantly and without legal justification.
